Distribution:  Western Pacific: type locality, South China Sea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Holotype was taken from sandy-muddy bottom; maximum depth provided by H. Ishihara and Y. Wang (pers. comm. 07/07).
IUCN Red List Status: Data deficient (DD); Date assessed: 01 December 2008 Ref. (124695)
