Remarks Prefers small streams not prone to flooding and is associated with marginal vegetation or along sandy beaches in shallow streams (ca. 1 m depth) with 0.20 mg/l of dissolved oxygen and conductivity 27.6-57.1 ?S/cm3 . Found in stream bottoms of sand or silt (Ref. 94149).
