| Remarks: | The infection were specifically reported in the Espírito Santo State from the localities of the reservoirs of the Iguaçú, Uruguay, and Paraná river basins near Foz do Iguacu (Moravec, Kohn and Fernandes 1993b). The fish infected is reported as an occasional host of the parasite and could be a paratenic or paradefinitive hosts. | ||
