Comments: Known from the Mobile Bay ecoregion (Ref. 81264). Type locality, Etowah R. at Georgia hwy 52, 13.7 km north-northeast of Dawsonville, Lumpkin Co., Georgia (Ref. 50838). Also Ref. 52306. Status of threat: endangered. Criteria: 1,5 (http://fisc.er.usgs.gov/afs/) (Ref. 81264).
