Comments: Found in Tennessee River drainage in Tennessee; known only from Clinch River at Frost Ford and Brooks Island in Hancock County and Duck River just above mouth of Hurricane Creek in Humphreys County (Ref. 86798). Uncommon in Clinch River; rare in Duck River (Ref. 5723, 86798). Status of threat: endangered; status same as 1989. Criteria: 1,5 (http://fisc.er.usgs.gov/afs/) (Ref. 81264).
