Comments: Known from Central Anatolian lake watersheds; Gökdere watersheds, around Karaman, Southern Lake Tuz Basin (Ref. 106151). Threatened due to habitat loss, eutrophication/pollution, construction of weirs/dams in rivers and water abstraction. Proposed for Annex II of the EU Habitats Directive (Ref. 58342). Recorded from Incesu creek,Taşkale, Karaman (Ref. 93777). Also Ref. 6376. Status of threat: Critically Endangered (Ref. 58342). "nEurTurk."
