 Remark
 When cooked, the meat is white, tasty and soft in consistency; the soup of which is tasty and slightly sweet. A good table fish for first and second courses, as well as for products made by hot smoking. Cases of poisoning have been reported after eating this fish (`ciguatera' type of poisoning). Therefore, this fish should be used as a food only after toxicological tests.
