Description: Characterized by pinkish red color to brownish; caudal rays 5-6; origin of dorsal fin over rear half of pectoral fin; eye diameter 11.9-15.6 % head length; least interorbital width 7.3-9.3 % head length; predorsal length 40.4-41.9% SL; completely scaled head; supraorbital pores 6-7 (Ref. 90102).
