Type locality: Brazos River, at Wellborn Crossing, Brazos Co. (Ref. 79012). Introduced in the Colorado River drainage. Populations likely extirpated in the middle Brazos River (Possum Kingdom Reservoir to Waco) and seem to be stable in the upper Brazos River (Ref. 79012). |
