Known from Several lakes in northern Scotland, especially draining to North Minch (strait between Highland, Skye Island and Hebrides Islands): Loch near Ben Hope, possibly Loch Merkland in Sutherland, Loch Clair, Loch Coulin, possibly Loch Maree in Wester Ross, Loch Langavat and Loch na Craobhaig in Isle of Lewis (Ref. 59043). Also Ref. 13696.
