পৃষ্ঠীয় কাঁটা (মোট ): 9; পৃষ্ঠীয় নরম পাখনা দন্ড (মোট ): 10; পায়ূ কাঁটা 3; পায়ূর নরম পাখনা্তুন্ড: 9. Males are easily recognized by the bright orange patch. Females are similar to males but lack orange (Ref. 48636).
