Known from the Pearl River basin and Hainan Island. Also found in the Zhujiang River [= Xi Jiang River] (Ref. 26563).
Known from Hainan Province: ( Jinjiang, Ledong, Wuzhishan, Qiongzhong, Changjiang, and Chengpo); Guangdong Province: ( Lianshan, Wengyuan, Xinfeng, Zhaoguan); and Buobai, Yulin of Guangxi Province(Ref.33792).
