Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  Central America: Laguna Chichancanab, Mexico.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Feeds on detritus (Ref. 94405). Not a seasonal killifish (Ref. 27139).

Threat to humans:  harmless
