Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 108-108; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 99-99; Vertebrae: 83-83. Pale brown or greyish in color (Ref. 6609).
Biology:  Mesopelagic (Ref. 75154).
