Distribution:  Africa: middle (Ref. 1880, 4910, 45441, 46901, 106290) and upper (Ref. 51906, 106245) Congo River basin in Cameroon, Republic of Congo and Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Maximum TL was recorded at 26.5 cm (Ref. 7094).
