Distribution:  Africa: rivers Lukunga, Ngombe and Lusolozi (lower Congo River basin) in Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ref. 82335).
Diagnosis:  Description: moderately deep-bodied; snout pointed; caudal fin slightly rounded to subtruncate (Ref. 52307). Coloration: relatively understated and brownish; males with egg spots in anal fin (Ref. 52307).
