Max. size:  15.8 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine
Distribution:  Southwest Atlantic: Salvador to Porto Seguro, Brazil.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 2-2; Dorsal soft rays (total): 20-21; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 19-19; Vertebrae: 29-29. Body and fins tan with very fine dark spots (Ref. 30721).
