Max. size:  33.1 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic-oceanic; marine; depth range - 1400 m
Distribution:  Southeastern Indian Ocean: Broken Ridge.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Based on a comparison of the relation between maturity size (around 33 cm TL) and maximum size in other legskate species, a maximum size of about 42 cm TL is assumed for this species and adult females may grow to even somewhat larger size (as is well documented for many rajiform species) (Ref. 114586).
