Max. size:  2.3 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; brackish; marine
Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Brunei, Thailand and Vietnam.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits mangrove habitats, in shallow tidal areas and possibly be sympatric with Pseudogobius poicilosoma (often) and P. fulvicaudus (less often; five sites detected in Singapore and one in Brunei). A small species, with a gravid female at 1.7 cm SL, while males are with obvious genital papillae at 1.55 cm SL (Ref. 126575).
