Distribution:  Asia: Hainan Island, China (Ref. 33423) and Viet Nam (Ref. 44416).
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 2-2; Dorsal soft rays (total): 7-7; Anal soft rays: 19-19. Nude body without scale, straight lateral line. Greyish in color, with some dark spot on the side, all fins are colored black (Ref. 33423).
