Max. size:  6.4 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 6 - 40 m
Distribution:  Pacific Ocean: eastern Caroline, Mariana and Marshall Islands; Line, Society, Tuamoto, Austral and Pitcairn Islands.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 8-8; Dorsal soft rays (total): 11-12; Anal spines: 3-3; Anal soft rays: 8-8
Biology:  Inhabits shallow lagoon and seaward reefs from 6 to 40 m (Ref. 37816).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 11 March 2015 Ref. (130435)
