Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  7 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 6 - 6.5; dH range: 1 - 6
Distribution:  Africa: Upper Cross and Mo drainage systems, southwestern Cameroon.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in brooks and small streams in the rainforest (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Is difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).

Threat to humans:  harmless
