Max. size:  2.6 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Africa: known only from the Foulakari River (lower Congo River basin) in Republic of Congo (Ref. 2801, 54359).
Diagnosis:  Description: No barbels (Ref. 122753).
Biology:  Maximum TL was recorded at 3.4 cm (Ref. 2801).
IUCN Red List Status: Data deficient (DD); Date assessed: 16 February 2009 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
