Family:  Chaenopsidae (Pike-, tube- and flagblennies)
Max. size:  4.2 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 5 - 30 m
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Costa Rica, including Cocos Island to Panama and Gorgona Island, Colombia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits empty mollusk tubes on sand-rubble bottoms. Feeds on zooplankton.
