Max. size:  38 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic-neritic; marine; depth range 0 - 10 m, oceanodromous
Distribution:  Pacific Ocean: southern Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, New Guinea, and eastern Australia up to Hawaiian Islands and Tahiti.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Neritic species.
