Max. size:  35 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; depth range 5 - 30 m
Distribution:  Pacific Ocean: New Caledonia and Australia (Ref. 75154) and photographed from the Norfolk I. (Ref. 8880).
Biology:  Occurs in inshore and offshore rocky and coral reefs (Ref. 9563, 9710).
IUCN Red List Status: Not Evaluated (N.E.) Ref. (120744)
Threat to humans:  harmless
