Max. size:  30 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; depth range 120 - 610 m
Distribution:  Western Atlantic: Florida, USA and the Antilles to northern South America.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on semi-hard bottom. Marketed fresh (Ref. 5217).
