Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 5.80000019073486 - 7.19999980926514, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: Cameroon.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in the border region of fast flowing brooks on the savanna highlands (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Bottom spawner, 1 month incubation. Is difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
