Distribution:  Asia: Turkey.
Diagnosis:  Differs from its congeners with adult males of both have a completely black dorsal fin (vs. dorsal fin with a white or hyaline base in anatoliae, fontinalis, saldae, splendens, sureyanus, transgrediens or dorsal fin with white or hyaline blotches or bands above the dorsal-fin base in maeandricus, iconii, danfordii, marassantensis) and with a narrow black anal-fin margin (vs. wide margin or anal fin almost completely black) (Ref. 116528).
