Distribution:  Africa: known only from the type locality, Kisangani, in Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ref. 41594, 78218, 58032, 3236). Considered to be endemic to the nearby Wagenia Falls (Ref. 106245).
Diagnosis:  Description: eyes subcutaneous (ref. 75075).
Biology:  Rapid-dwelling species (Ref. 75075).
