Remarks Occurs inshore (Ref. 75154). Common on shallow rocky habitas (Ref. 125576). Diurnal species (Ref. 113699). Juveniles reported to hide among spines of sea urchins. Occur in groups which can be composed of a several hundred individual. Feed on zooplanktons (Ref. 128523).
