Symptoms: | Only pale color of body and gill is observed. Liver and spleen are swollen and dark in color. The spleen and kidney also showed extensive necrosis. Enlargement of cells can be observed from the following organs, liver, spleen, kidney, heart, intestine, stomach, gills and the brain (Ref. 47492). | |
Treatments: | No treatment method. When the disease occurs, do not add any stress to the fish. | |
Prophylaxis: | Do not distribute any live fish from the disease occurring area. | |
Remarks: | The disease occurs during late spring and early summer in fish farms. Also in Ref. 47596. | |
