Remarks: Besides the infestation record of 1927 (Travassos et al.), the infestation were also recorded in 1935 (Freitas et Lent), 1963 (Mendonca), 1965 (Travassos and Kohn), 1985 (Vicente et al.), and 1987 (Kohn and Fernandes) in the same locality. Recent infestation record was reported by Moravec , Kohn, and Fernandez in 1992 in the locality of Paraná river near Foz do Iguacú.
