| Remarks | Spawning aggregations occur around the new and full moons. According to local fishers, these aggregations are found in shallow water on outer fringing and barrier reef flats. They have also observed that when cherobk are speared, the fish tend to swim to shallow rather than deep water (Ref. 2928). |
