Sumitsuki-atohiki-tenjikudai [This name has been applied to Archamia fucata, however, Fraser (2013b) considered Taeniamia fucata to be a complex of three species (or populations), the Japanese 'species' more correctly being T. kagoshimanus. Recent molecular analysis by Mabuchi et al. (2014) showed some genetic differences among the three 'species' of T. fucata, although each was represented by only one specimen]. |
